Job Responsibilities:

New project process planning (operation instructions, process flow chart, training plan, process parameters).

Formulate equipment/tooling technical requirements and assist suppliers in signing technical agreements.

Supervise the process management of daily production lines; be responsible for the design, adjustment and modification of production technology process parameters.

Responsible for improving product production processes, reducing man-hours and improving production levels.

Assist in procurement cost reduction verification and output design change notifications.

Implementation status of training and guidance operations.

Job requirements:

More than 6 years of working experience in the industry, including more than 2 years of management experience.

Familiar with on-site process and quality management, familiar with production preparation and project management business processes in the automotive manufacturing industry, proficient in general assembly process expertise, and has relevant expertise in general assembly quality and process management.

Proficient in using various office software such as 3D, 2D and office.
